  • What Should I Get? And Where?

    Its all a matter of personal taste. You can get whatever you want and whatever your artist is willing to do. You can choose a painting from the wall or have them create a custom piece just for you. The only limit is your own imagination.     If youre getting a tattoo, especially as an expression of your personality, why would you want the same tattoo as someone else? Instead, find other images of what youre looking for and let your artist draw a custom design for you. Example: If you want to get a tattoo of a penguin standing on a glacier, find real photos of penguins and glaciers. If you want a blue rose tattoo wrapped around a cross, find images of real roses and crosses that you like. If the images dont show exactly what you want, just take them to your artist to use as a guide and tell them what changes you want to make to the original images. A true artist will gladly accept the challenge of creating an individual work.

My partner and I have been on holiday and have been looking for a place we could get a spontaneous tattoo, and well Joe didn’t disappoint… We were spending the night in Seaton and noticed the shop just across from where we were staying. We went over to find it closed, but called the number advertised to see when it would be back open. Joe very kindly agreed to open slightly earlier the following day to fit us in before we travelled home. Being only our second tattoos, we were both still new to the experience, and to say Joe put us instantly at ease would be an understatement. Joe is a really welcoming guy and has so many stories from his past, so make sure you ask him lots of questions because he’ll answer them all! His experience and skill are also undeniable, completing both our new tattoos within 20 minutes (both of which are better quality than my first from another artist who took 90 minutes for one). He also provided us with details of a more local artist to us who he’d recommend! Thank you again Joe, I really hope we get the chance to come see you again soon!

I recently went to Darty’s to ask about getting just one of my ears re-pierced. I hadn’t booked but was chuffed when the lady did it there and then. Very friendly, efficient service. I went back today to ask if I could buy the other earring and they very kindly gave it to me for free! I would definitely go back and I recommend to everyone!

If you want a good ,trusting tattooist joe is your man , he makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk into his shop , easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable , I have had previous experiences with getting tattoos with different tattooist and without fail I always pass out within the first 5 mins due to my sugar levels drop , I explained to joe I tend to faint , Not once did I feel faint or sick , he made sure I had a good glucose drink to hand , and made me cup of tea with sugar , I really enjoyed getting this tattoo done had no pain hardly no bleeding , I could of sat there for hours with joe tattooing me 😌 I will never go anywhere else again now I have found joe , he is reasonably price and fair and his eye for detail is spot on , Can’t wait to return to get another tattoo

I recently went to Darty’s to ask about getting just one of my ears re-pierced. I hadn’t booked but was chuffed when the lady did it there and then. Very friendly, efficient service. I went back today to ask if I could buy the other earring and they very kindly gave it to me for free! I would definitely go back and I recommend to everyone!

If you want a good ,trusting tattooist joe is your man , he makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk into his shop , easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable , I have had previous experiences with getting tattoos with different tattooist and without fail I always pass out within the first 5 mins due to my sugar levels drop , I explained to joe I tend to faint , Not once did I feel faint or sick , he made sure I had a good glucose drink to hand , and made me cup of tea with sugar , I really enjoyed getting this tattoo done had no pain hardly no bleeding , I could of sat there for hours with joe tattooing me 😌 I will never go anywhere else again now I have found joe , he is reasonably price and fair and his eye for detail is spot on , Can’t wait to return to get another tattoo

My partner and I have been on holiday and have been looking for a place we could get a spontaneous tattoo, and well Joe didn’t disappoint… We were spending the night in Seaton and noticed the shop just across from where we were staying. We went over to find it closed, but called the number advertised to see when it would be back open. Joe very kindly agreed to open slightly earlier the following day to fit us in before we travelled home. Being only our second tattoos, we were both still new to the experience, and to say Joe put us instantly at ease would be an understatement. Joe is a really welcoming guy and has so many stories from his past, so make sure you ask him lots of questions because he’ll answer them all! His experience and skill are also undeniable, completing both our new tattoos within 20 minutes (both of which are better quality than my first from another artist who took 90 minutes for one).
