If you want a blue rose tattoo wrapped around a cross, find images of real roses and crosses that you like. If the images dont show exactly what you want, just take them to your artist to use as a guide and tell them what changes you want to make to the original images. Because my old piercing scare (I wanted a piercing at the same place) wasn't yet heeled. I founded her super honest so many other place would have just take the money and pierce. I return to her after sometime and got my piercing done. She does everything hygienically, calmly and very carefully. She also really take time to understand what I wanted for the next piercing and adviced me on the best position of my piercing according the shape of my ear. So now even if I have to travel a bit to reach her shop I do it really happily and confident that everything will be all right, beautiful and as I wanted.

She ordered the piece of jewellery I was looking for and personally called me when it was available. The lack of patience in me wanted to purchase it and change my jewellery at home. However, Hannah educated me about the correct way to sanitise new jewellery and said she would be happy to do that in store and change the jewellery for me instead! Hannah agreed to open her shop one hour early to accommodate this and my schedule. She changed my jewellery for me with no problems! I would also recommend Onyx for their welcoming environment sometimes with piercing places it can be intimidating but I always feel so welcome and receive exceptional 1:1 service!

Extremely rude and ignorant staff and appalling standard of service. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I went to have a small ring removed from my ear. There was no-one in the shop when I went in. Despite this Hannah managed to serve a customer who came in after me (I wasn't asked me if this was OK but I thought that they may have had an appointment). There was more waiting while she messed about taking pictures. Then she had to clean the room down. Then there was an excuse about the "autoclave running low on water " and then had the audacity to ask if I minded waiting again while she attended to someone else first. I sat in the shop for more than 30 minutes while she made excuse after excuse so I eventually got up and left. While I was sitting waiting I managed to google what was so special about the jewellery she sells: The jewellery she supplies (Neometal) is very expensive and is not compatible with other types of body jewellery as it has no thread. There are quite a few tattoo/piercing shops in the town centre and I found somewhere else that was much cheaper and far better standards of customer service and customer care.

The best piercer I've been to, who I can trust!! Never really noticed this shop before, but vividink pointed me in the right direction! I went in earlier, really clean and professional environment. Needed my upper helix butterfly back stud removed and had a horseshoe put in as I've had my piercing for 5 months and I keep catching it in my hair or on my glasses. Went to the piercing room and was suprised to see a steriliser as piercing parlours I have been to just get a stud out of a cupboard and put it in my ear and say that its been sterilised beforehand which I doubt. Hannah was great, made me feel comfortable. I will be going there again for all of my future piercings! Thank You Hannah :)

Hannah agreed to open her shop one hour early to accommodate this and my schedule. She changed my jewellery for me with no problems! I would also recommend Onyx for their welcoming environment sometimes with piercing places it can be intimidating but I always feel so welcome and receive exceptional 1:1 service!

Extremely rude and ignorant staff and appalling standard of service. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I went to have a small ring removed from my ear. There was no-one in the shop when I went in. Despite this Hannah managed to serve a customer who came in after me (I wasn't asked me if this was OK but I thought that they may have had an appointment). There was more waiting while she messed about taking pictures. Then she had to clean the room down. Then there was an excuse about the "autoclave running low on water " and then had the audacity to ask if I minded waiting again while she attended to someone else first. I sat in the shop for more than 30 minutes while she made excuse after excuse so I eventually got up and left. While I was sitting waiting I managed to google what was so special about the jewellery she sells: The jewellery she supplies (Neometal) is very expensive and is not compatible with other types of body jewellery as it has no thread. There are quite a few tattoo/piercing shops in the town centre and I found somewhere else that was much cheaper and far better standards of customer service and customer care.

Fantastic service 100% recommend this shop. Got my nipple pierced a few weeks ago I’ve had no problems. Piercing was over in seconds, healing progress has also been great. Definitely be returning.

The best piercer I've been to, who I can trust!! Never really noticed this shop before, but vividink pointed me in the right direction! I went in earlier, really clean and professional environment. Needed my upper helix butterfly back stud removed and had a horseshoe put in as I've had my piercing for 5 months and I keep catching it in my hair or on my glasses. Went to the piercing room and was suprised to see a steriliser as piercing parlours I have been to just get a stud out of a cupboard and put it in my ear and say that its been sterilised beforehand which I doubt. Hannah was great, made me feel comfortable. I will be going there again for all of my future piercings! Thank You Hannah :)
