Most of us dont get hurt, but the beauty of the tattoo and the pride that comes with wearing it far outweighs the pin stick here and there.How about using some kind of anesthetic cream? Such products are really not recommended.

  • How Much Is It Going to Cost?

    When it comes to tattoos, you get what you pay for. Yes, there are many people who get tattoos for a very small fee. But look for quality and be prepared to pay for it. Never bargain over the price of a tattoo. This is disrespectful to the artist. Think of it this way: its a work of art that youll wear for the rest of your life.

  • Should I Tip My Tattoo Artist?

    Tipping is a very nice gesture. But there are no real hard and fast rules for tipping.

  • What Should I Get? And Where?

    Its all a matter of personal taste. You can get whatever you want and whatever your artist is willing to do. You can choose a painting from the wall or have them create a custom piece just for you. The only limit is your own imagination. As for where you should do it, just keep in mind what you do at work and what social circle you are in. You may want to place your tattoo somewhere where it can be easily hidden by regular clothing.

  • Where Can I Find Pictures of Tattoos?

    If youre getting a tattoo, especially as an expression of your personality, why would you want the same tattoo as someone else? Instead, find other images of what youre looking for and let your artist draw a custom design for you. Example: If you want to get a tattoo of a penguin standing on a glacier, find real photos of penguins and glaciers. If you want a blue rose tattoo wrapped around a cross, find images of real roses and crosses that you like. If the images dont show exactly what you want, just take them to your artist to use as a guide and tell them what changes you want to make to the original images. A true artist will gladly accept the challenge of creating an individual work.

Rude, horrible service. The guy we first approached was nasty with 0 people skills. Within 10 seconds of meeting him I wanted to find elsewhere to go. Went in with a friend to book her tattoo appointment and enquire about booking a piercing for myself. While I was there I thought I’d ask about getting a tattoo and get an idea of pricing for several ideas I had in mind. Before I could even get my phone out to show him he barked “don’t talk to me until you know what you want”. It’s possible he was the business owner as there is no way an employee with that attitude would ever hold down a job in customer facing role.

Having had a "bad" tattoo done previously, lowering my self esteem a notch, I spoke with Joana about fixing it up and was convinced from the get go, I have no regrets, my tattoo came to live and it's better than ever! Great work Joana, you are an incredible artist and wish our paths had crossed sooner, I wouldn't have to go through the pain twice 😉, you're also a very nice and humble person! Keep up the good work!

Visited yesterday to have 2 dermal anchors removed that had grown over. The piercing lady 'Ginge' was amazing and it took her an hour but she was so patient and made sure they were out with the most minimal of fuss. Absolutely brilliant service!

Daughter went for ear piercing. The lady was reassuring, and showed her how the gun worked. Drew position markers for her to check. Clear after care advice and friendly service.

Absolutely terrible service! Rude, rushed and completely awful piercing. I asked for a nose piercing, I was in and out in about 3 minutes, not given the chance to choose the placing of my piercing, not shown a marking where they planned to do it, no mirror after to see it, and then to top it of a "professional piercer" used a piercing gun on my nose! If you speak to any professional in this business, they will tell you that guns are not to be used any more!!! My piercing was so far back in my nose that it bled for hours and was near enough in my cheek!!! Absolutely horrific, and to top it off, the guy that done it was so rude I was too scared to go back to the shop after to ask for it to be redone. It was £25 and not worth £2! Go to black mamba in Headington instead people! They're professional lovely and cheaper! Absolutely disgusted by this place!!!++!

After being told yes we arrived a couple of minutes later than expected to be told that the tattoo artist who was meant to be toing the tattoo had gone home. The gentleman we spoke to however was very polite and apologetic. Just very dissapointed to have travelled an hour to be let down especially after checking previously.

Visited yesterday to have 2 dermal anchors removed that had grown over. The piercing lady 'Ginge' was amazing and it took her an hour but she was so patient and made sure they were out with the most minimal of fuss. Absolutely brilliant service!

I asked for a nose piercing, I was in and out in about 3 minutes, not given the chance to choose the placing of my piercing, not shown a marking where they planned to do it, no mirror after to see it, and then to top it of a "professional piercer" used a piercing gun on my nose! If you speak to any professional in this business, they will tell you that guns are not to be used any more!!! My piercing was so far back in my nose that it bled for hours and was near enough in my cheek!!! Absolutely horrific, and to top it off, the guy that done it was so rude I was too scared to go back to the shop after to ask for it to be redone. It was £25 and not worth £2! Go to black mamba in Headington instead people! They're professional lovely and cheaper! Absolutely disgusted by this place!!!++!

Rude, horrible service. The guy we first approached was nasty with 0 people skills. Within 10 seconds of meeting him I wanted to find elsewhere to go. Went in with a friend to book her tattoo appointment and enquire about booking a piercing for myself. While I was there I thought I’d ask about getting a tattoo and get an idea of pricing for several ideas I had in mind. Before I could even get my phone out to show him he barked “don’t talk to me until you know what you want”. It’s possible he was the business owner as there is no way an employee with that attitude would ever hold down a job in customer facing role.

Visited yesterday to have 2 dermal anchors removed that had grown over. The piercing lady 'Ginge' was amazing and it took her an hour but she was so patient and made sure they were out with the most minimal of fuss. Absolutely brilliant service!

Daughter went for ear piercing. The lady was reassuring, and showed her how the gun worked. Drew position markers for her to check. Clear after care advice and friendly service.

Absolutely terrible service! Rude, rushed and completely awful piercing. I asked for a nose piercing, I was in and out in about 3 minutes, not given the chance to choose the placing of my piercing, not shown a marking where they planned to do it, no mirror after to see it, and then to top it of a "professional piercer" used a piercing gun on my nose! If you speak to any professional in this business, they will tell you that guns are not to be used any more!!! My piercing was so far back in my nose that it bled for hours and was near enough in my cheek!!! Absolutely horrific, and to top it off, the guy that done it was so rude I was too scared to go back to the shop after to ask for it to be redone. It was £25 and not worth £2! Go to black mamba in Headington instead people! They're professional lovely and cheaper! Absolutely disgusted by this place!!!++!

Very disappointed arrived at attomic tattoos for a walk in tattoo, after having previously messaged them to check if the time was suitable. After being told yes we arrived a couple of minutes later than expected to be told that the tattoo artist who was meant to be toing the tattoo had gone home. The gentleman we spoke to however was very polite and apologetic. Just very dissapointed to have travelled an hour to be let down especially after checking previously.

Rude, horrible service. The guy we first approached was nasty with 0 people skills. Within 10 seconds of meeting him I wanted to find elsewhere to go. Went in with a friend to book her tattoo appointment and enquire about booking a piercing for myself. While I was there I thought I’d ask about getting a tattoo and get an idea of pricing for several ideas I had in mind. Before I could even get my phone out to show him he barked “don’t talk to me until you know what you want”. It’s possible he was the business owner as there is no way an employee with that attitude would ever hold down a job in customer facing role.
